No, but a number of announcements are expected with regard to rig procurement, contracts, transportation etc from AOI.
There is also the new TFG constitution which is likely to include affirmation of government support for Range/AOI. The issue was raised by Condoleezza Rice at the recent meeting in Addis Ababa and has been slated to be completed by January.
