The fact is that this week has thus far been a very low vol week given the recent ascent on much higher volumes. Seems as though they're making sure that all the heathens are out before the fun and games really begin.

Traydor, re the arbitrage opportunity, I'm sure there will be an opportunity; however, given the FX conversion and transaction costs as well as having the people on the ground in both countries and the know-how to do it, the price differential will have to be pretty large.
