Roolet it is not a foregone conclusion there will be 30m options approved at the July EGM. I have heard of a number of larger shareholders who will not be voting to approve. Why would you agree to give away options at that price when the share price is already in excess of their strike value?
If the shares run to 63c soon after listing on AIM you have just given Mr Bandy with his 3m options a lazy $1m!
