I know this topic has been covered before but can someone tell me , why can't the institutions that will sponsor our AIM listing buy stock on market here and use those shares as their source for the aim listing. It would tighten up our share base here and push the price up and avoid the need for further dilution... or am i way off the mark?
The price seems low enough at this point for them to be able to do this rather than issue more stock at say 6.4.
