I don't think CCC intend to issue more shares to enable the AIM and JSE listing. It will proceed without further issues as far as i know.
PS. Not unusual to see a SP retreat to level of last CR. Now CCC has done this, i am confident worst is behind us and a steady sustained rise in SP lies ahead. Afterall we are a producer earning income from domestic sales. Income from EXPORT coal prod now only 10-11 months away. R282m=A$40m. Ridiculously cheap to bring a substantial mine into production with access to port facilities.
I am back in Cape Town for a holiday and already have seen article in local press re fear by platinum industry of looming power shortages. Eskom will be forced to pay more to local miners if they want sufficient coal to supply their needs. Imported power from Mozambique will diminish as Moz own requirements increase.
