Im not going to disagree with you on the register structure.Theres not much going for it atm.But it will be interesting to see what transpires if they do the two listings and the consolidation.

It may even turn out that the OTCC listing is the more important as Ive often seen some big US funds take chunks of high risk ASX African stocks.But I would think we probably wouldnt see this sort of market buying until Continental kicks off Penumbra and the DeWitt BFS shows a good strong project at $100/t.

The legal way to do it is to have a private fund/investor that will take on chunks of the stock on the brokers recommendation and be underwritten/sponsored by the broker.

But like I say,I like a good conspiracy.
