    This is in a dangerous position:

    1) No update on the process with the "strategic investor" promised in December (4 weeks overdue).

    2) No update on the AIM listing.

    3) No regulatory approval for PEDL 133

    4) Cash position deteriorating by the day with no meaningful revenues being earned.
