UCL will list on AIM tomorrow.

I would not expect to much action until a sufficient amount of stock is available to trade.

Expected Telco sale (approx $6m) will provide business with capital to cover financing period.

Iran opening talks again re: nuclear issue, also bodes well politically.

Other things I expect in the short term we will be updated on:

* Pilot plant studies
* resource upgrade (enhanced confidence in resource)
