Ive found a couple of good articles about the benefits/mechanics of duel listing on AIM that some of you may find interesting below. IMO the duel listing can’t be anything other than a good thing, putting us well and truly on the radar of European/global investors.
From what I can make out existing shares can be traded, but cap raise may happen, not exactly sure what is planned. At the AGM Chris said that AIM would happen in the first quarter but they weren’t in a super rush, which I interpreted as not in a desperate rush to use it as a cap raise, but I may be wrong..
I guess we shall see the effects this first quarter when we list. IMO it’ll be epic.
