Yes, but how can they plausibly expect the market to accept this surprise 60 million suspect mates issue, there is going to be at least 1 billion shares on issue if this continues, and if as you say, no options needing conversion, this will turn into a nightmare of CAG proportions, and when and if these options are ever converted, before you know it, the shares on issue could quite possibly blow out to over 2 billion
