It amuses me when you get issued with a speeding ticket for going backwards. It could only happen in this environment to AIM
The answer from management. " The company is not aware of any information concerning it that has not been announced to the market, which, if known could be an explanation for the recent trading in the securities of the company"
The share price since the 18th October has gone from a high of .305 cents to a low today of .135 cents and still trending down. Would not one ask - We are not doing this right.
Perfomance rights have been issued under these circumstances. Performance rights are for performance.
No finalisation of offtakes, no box cut update, no additonal funds raised, no mining excavation equipment on site, currently parked in a garage in Europe and paid for, no assays on drilling done at Perkoa 4 months ago, no details of drilling program at Mumbwa, and then additional funds spent on pie in the sky gold tenements with no specific details of cost or exploration dates, and a share price spiralling out of control.
PERFORMANCE RIGHTS - WHAT!
If this situation had some validity, one could understand, however it has been going on for 2 years and the share price is now lower than it was in May 2006. That is with some millions of dollars being raised to fund the project, production supposedly getting closer every day at Perkoa, but being put back again as we speak or one assumes so as no announcement to the contrary has been made, exploration of the "Olympic Dam" clone at Mumbwa being continually put back with no apparent reason for the detailed exploration not to be implementated and then out of the blue as if this will solve all, a stab in the dark gold tenement has been secured. How in the hell will this amount to a bunch of daisys with the company in its current predicament.
How long can this continue?
And then to top it off, for legal reasons AIM has been suspended on Hotcopper.
HOUSTON WE HAVE A PROBLEM!
Disgruntled shareholder.
