Can the company complete its submission to list on AIM without clarification of its share and option register.

Understanding that there is a possibility of a listed options(oct01 2007) lifeline that would most likely be subject to share holder approval, registry clarification can not be guaranteed till the AGM (Last week of Nov?)

If this is the case, AIM could theoretically be dragged out to Jan/Feb, and with the threat of litigation from more than 1 source, the sp wont get much of a move on in that time frame.

This could mean a sp this time next year of less than we anticipate..140C???...sad really....but comrade pongo may have something (not sirrosis) just as Scrude did....this story just keeps getting more depressing...
