Fact is, for integrity sake, BTV should not have sold any stock until AFTER negotiations were completed. You cant have 2 of a small high-level team absconding from these sort of important decisions.
At the very least BTV should have been more forthcoming as to why they sold and what their future intentions were.
It's farcical really but if you choose to believe that these sort of decisions are made honestly, thats your perogative.
