Thanks Smart. Would the company actually know the detail behind the computershare holding i.e. if someone was holding a significant stake?

I will add, it does make it easier when listed on the AIM to get a big stake, prior to a takeover, without alerting the market that you are doing so. Still think the 5% should apply to all shares in the company no matter where they are listed.

Still be interesting to see if the AIM % has moved up with the share price upward movement. Looking at our sell side, not many sellers.
