Just a top 20 question.
If someone is taking a large stake in the AIM market i.e. significant stake above 5% of overall listed shares, are they still required to lodge a significant holding statement here? Or is there no binding rules on AIM to say they have to?
With all the trading going on, if no one has taken a big stake in this company from the AIM point of view, then I'd be surprised.
