Masher, My understanding is that AIM investors will have access to ASX stock. However, this would mean that UK market makers will have to buy stock from the ASX. As no new stock is being issued by RMP upon listing that means there can only be buyers from the UK short-term. How high the price goes on listing will depend on demand from UK investors and how tightly RMP shares are held by ASX shareholders.
