    High 33.75 Low 33.00
    Bid 33.00 Offer 34.00.

    33.00 pence has been the norm for a few days now.

    in yrs gone by VTI would have retraced by now.
    One would think VTI has now turned the corner and no longer considered a Speckie so to speak.
