I agree the mkt cap can be potentially so much higher but at what cost of dilution do you expect?
They're talking about raising 1 - 5m through AIM with a cornerstone investor.......do you expect this investor is going to pay more than the going rate for their share in the company? Or would you expect they issue $5m worth of shares at 2c?
My thoughts are with some funding secured the share price could still run despite the dilution, however I'm hoping someone has a better feel for what the terms could be?
