Unless it comes from the ASX site, neither ASIC or anyone else should be too concerned, we have heard it all before.

Show us the JV then talk. We dont have any offical annoucements on AIM currently, nothing, they where doing the paperwork (whatever that means a few weeks back) the nomad/broker havent been appointed via any ASX annoucement so stop jumping the gun. It can all happen within a 10 day window but range have yet to start that.

Granted the noise from the company is high at the moment, maybe we are close, maybe we are not? Until they sign those papers anything can happen, business is business.
