What would you suggest re a side of pink snapper? You have the recipes for just about everything I would cook plus more so I'll pick your chefs mind so I can try something different. If I works for blue bone or dhufish even better or if you have recipes for these that differ I would be happy to hear them. Love your recipes and passion for cooking.
