1.5 kg chicken pieces.
1.5 cups tropical fruit juice.
Juice of one orange and 50 mm peel.
5 tablespoon soy sauce.
2 tablespoon sherry.
1 tablespoon brown sugar honey or maple syrup.
2 star anise.
1 dessert spoon chilli garlic sauce.
A few splashes of rum.
