The problem I have with the novomatic deal is that they effectively become controlling holders at a deep discount -- own the firm with just over 50% of shares and bought well below consensus valuation.
But I don't buy the story that all holders should be able to sell their shares at the price given to Len. Yes, probably "fairer" than the current deal. But unless agi's future is fiction, minority holders are better just biding their time while the expansion and new products generate long anticipated growth.
