An independent valuation of the company is being done and should be ready soon, now that will be interesting. It astounds me that our chairman did not do this before he sold his shares and essentially the whole company control for $2.75, where did that come from and how is that appropriate for the rest of the shareholders, would appreciate some details from all parties involved.
