    To be exact Pwc have been engaged to determine if the transaction is fair value, i.e. if $2.75 is a fair price for his shares and if that total value of the company is fair value, yes very interesting, Reuters etc value the shares at closer to $4 than $3, let alone $2.75 or where they are trading now, its just madness at present!!!
