Yes I agree they will support and recommend and the transaction, its all very unprofessional and I suggest a clean out is necessary, but lenny and his family holds the power. Put the entire company up for sale and see who is interested and at what price, what harm can that do, still needs approval and who knows lenny could get a few million more.
