I don't know if it is necessarily make or break. Whether it opens early or not is neither here nor there with long term punters. The traffic flow is the big one. I don't know enough about melbourne to suggest whether it will be a success or not. I do try to ask people who live in melbourne what sort ingof effect it will have. Many i have spoken said the money is well worth paying (the toll) as it is going to wipe a considerable amount of travel time off their trip. I would like to know a lot more and that's why i have asked on here from time to time what they think of it. If it all goes as well as some have told me, i expect this to be a cashcow.
