50 years we weren't political. Back then the poor, the unemployed and the working class didn't blame the Government for their problems they just tried to improve things by themselves.
Today's youth's mantra is "My life sucks and there's nothing I can do about it as it's all down to the Government"
And on a side note they took pride in their appearance and hygiene.
