IMO there are companies/individuals who will rent the property at a slighter higher than market rate as long as you consent to them sub-letting on air bnb. This option is better if you are risk adverse as you will have the weekly rent set regardless if it sits empty or not. They also pay all utilities ect...
Always remember when renting out your property to obtain landlords insurance and ensure if you are leaving the premises furnished that you include replacement costs in the policy.
