The renters pay $150 on top of the nightly rent to cover cleaning.
If i can rent it out on average 3 days per week over the year i'm ahead of long term and i;
-Get an inspection every week
-Properly cleaned every week (5 hours by a professional)
-Less wear and tear due to less days lived in.
-Money up front.
I understand there are downsides and risks but i want to post something positive on the Property forum.
