I understand there are downsides and risks but i want to post something positive on the Property forum.

So my positive outcome from the CGT situation....
We had a certified valuation done on the property when we started the Airbnb.
Sold the property about a month ago. There was a substantial CGT loss on the amount from the valuation report which I can claim this financial year.
Overall we made a substantial profit on the property.
