Am wondering whether I might be able to afford an air car with the savings I'd make not having to buy petrol.Jan-Mar issue of Renew magazine claims a range of 200-300 km,top speed of 130km/h,and a refilling time of 3 minutes at service station or 4 hours at home.After having a read of website,www.theaircar.com,my gut feeling is that this project might be a goer,and soon.Not a suitable vehicle for everyone,but would appeal to many others.Manufacturing licences already sold for Australia.
