Hi, has anyone here thought about the impact of social distancing on heating/ cooling. eg Instead of 50 workers crammed into an office, serviced by a main air con unit, if 40 work at home and 10 continue to work in the office, to keeping these 10 cool will still require the main unit to work, covering empty space due to distancing. When the other 40, working at home use their 40 separate units (assuming no family units are part of the 50), this will lead to more total usage.
While the above example is a simplification of reality, I tried to keep it simply to generate interest. As an investor, whenever I look at a company, I always look at it through the lens of c19 and its longer-term implications.
