One flaw is surely many homes already have aircon/heating?
But I agree in that more working from home equals a greater spend on such items,particularly if the homeowner had been mulling replacement.
Good on balance for REH.
The other positive is that older Australians don't seem to have been losing jobs as much as those younger, so given wealth distribution this may mean more potential REH customers working from home.
