While the above example is a simplification of reality, I tried to keep it simply to generate interest. As an investor, whenever I look at a company, I always look at it through the lens of c19 and its longer-term implications.

Agree, excellent point. More folks working from home equals more appliances and fixtures being used more often which means more servicing. Hot water services, heaters, coolers, toilets etc. at least 50% more usage than normal for the new home based workers. Every maintenance based tradesperson I know are having a busy year to date. Different story for new construction works.

More folks at home who are close to retirement would generally also have their money already so renovations and upgrades are also underway. We are programmed to spend and that’s never going to stop so if you are locked at home and only essential services can move about freely.......you are calling tradesman.

All in my opinion.
