Yes, thanks for the clarification. With people split between home and office, this means higher usage as people are compartmentalised. Increased usage increases the rate of replacement and maintenance. I think this is more pronounced for heating & air con than hot water, etc, where the water used is somewhat proportional to the number of people. Whereas for heating & air con, the most efficient use & lowest wear and tear per person occurs with many people in a room, which is something c-19 prohibits (eg VIC's recent lock down). Hence c-19 means more wear and tear and more replacement and maintenance.
