Is there an air of expectation about IVR?
I may be wrong but I do not think that we have ever had such a lot of posts during the weekend on IVR.
Just wonder at the reasons. Certainly IVR has shown resilience in the SP during recent bad days. However, turnover has generally been reasonably low until Friday "massive" turnover (at least for IVR).
A feeling of quiet confidence perhaps? Smug even!!!!
