What has been absolutely undeniable is the team at IVR have formulated a model for delineating a mineral province where the majors have failed to explore presumably with their own highly sophisticated and well resourced models. So to date this modelling appears to be spot on the mark. You would be naive to assume that this kind of innovative greenfield exploration would go unnoticed by larger mining houses. In fact success not only makes the mining tenements highly attractive but the management team itself.

And because the model has yet to disappoint it would be fair to say that with the evidence (drilling) to hand, allowing the full picture to be unveilled will present valuation challenges to anyone seeking to assume the resources of said company.

Takeover talk why not? I sat through the uranium boom in 2005 and saw a number of takeouts. Mega Uranium over Redport, Paladin over Summit Resources, and BHP over WMC. Takeovers do occur but the underlying asset must carry the goods. IVR and the management team continue to impress. If they keep doing so, anything is possible and that is a bare fact.
