After seeing that the coal mines are taking the water from the farms and sending them out of business it wont be of any interest to them on the dole. The wealthy subsidised coal mines are outbidding the farmers for water and pinching it by the looks of these reports, sending the farmers broke.
How crazy is that? To prop them up with our money and then export the farmer's water supplies with the coal!
