One other point that I heard (but dont really understand so I will leave it to the more resource literate indivisuals on here) is that the way GBZ do the calcualtions for their results etc is very different to how CDU do theirs & if they followed the same formula the GBZ would look better.
I cant comment on the validity of this, it seems unusual to me, so please dont shoot the messenger. However, maybe a more resource literate person can explore/explain what could be meant by this.
