It is correct and it was alluded to before the election... buy a vouple of good journalists and I know I mentioned it here a few times... The Treasury officials and I guess frydenberg had extremely conservative figures in the budget estimates for commodity prices, a matter of fact they were almost ridiculously low... why they did that going into an election campaign I do not really know but I suspect Treasury insisted!
What it does it makes Jim Chalmers look a fool for stating just after he got in that the books were a mess and the budget was terrible!..quite to the contrary
