That is not a question, looks to be a statement...to which I happen to agree with. Inferred means nothing really, measured/indicated is what I'm looking at also. Also I agree their statements are a little erratic, but I do not care that is their problem not mine. I don't have my head in the clouds.

I live in Europe and I have been to Austria, fair to say the infrastructure in general is a fair whack better than somewhere in the Congo or some other shit hole. 20Km's from Wolfsberg with 18 of those k's paved road. Have you been to the mine? I'll hazard a guess and say no to that. So how do you KNOW there is no infrastructure at the mine? Sounds like an inferred comment not a measured/indicated comment.
