If, as you say, the development board numbers sold are very low yet somehow BRN technology is being investigated & tested by numerous very substantial companies.I don't believe that development board sales are a reliable indicator of BRN progress simply because of the attention BRN is receiving from many multinationals.
It's possible that offering the development board for sale is targeting the smaller start ups, individuals & early technology adopters. BRN would not instruct ARM, Intel, Airbus to get back in line & buy a development board from the website. I'd expect that BRN would make as many boards available to these customers as they wish..In 5,4,3,2,1 the incoming zesty buffoon circus will be whinging, moaning & panicking because
many several hundred dollar development boards were not purchased but supplied to Airbus or NASA or ARM or TATA.
There is a far bigger picture going on here than the sale of a few development boards.
