Agreed. We all want BRN to succeed and the Airbus validation of the company's tech is very welcome news. However, clarity and transparency is needed by declaring official announcement to the market. This should be in the form of an update to shareholders. It's very clear Investor Relations need to start doing their job...
Nothing in ASX listing rules mention that it must be a material contract. A solid collaboration would be reasonably expected to have a material effect on the price or value of Brainchip's securities, as per the below listing rule :
"When an entity becomes aware of any information concerning it that a reasonable person would expect to have a material effect on the price or value of the entity’s securities, the entity must immediately tell ASX that information."
