I have expressed my opinion on Brainchip’s application of the Continuous Disclosure Rules.
I have no doubt they have an honestly held belief as to the restrictions and how they are to be applied.
I have an expectation based on the last few that in the narrative document which accompanies the 4C will disclose matters over last quarter that have not made it to the ASX if the Board considers they are advancing the process of commercialisation.
The narrative and the 4C are documents approved by the Board and price sensitive on the ASX.
If Airbus is included we will have a price sensitive announcement approved by the Board concerning a project with a significantly larger company than Mercedes Benz.
