My guess is they are close to announcing something substantial.
They are keeping their powder dry.

But, only a GUESS based on....

1. The market hasn't reacted well to previous frothy announcements with no income attached.
2. The market seems to be only interested in proof of commercial acceptance - a large global tech committing dollars to selling a product using BRN IP
3. The need to demonstrate commercial validation of "let's sell IP not products."
4. Shawn said at the last AGM "we are very close" and another company official said "one of the deals we are working on could make us cash flow positive on its own."

If they are working on a "big deal" it doesn't surprise me that we are still waiting. Every large transaction deal I have ever witnessed from the inside always seems to take FOREVER to finally get signed irrespective of how keen both sides are - "Think of a realistic number and triple it."
