In what altered reality does a second strike on the remuneration report not equate to dissatisfaction with the executives of the company? You can't seriously believe what you post here?
There is a vast difference between voting against the remuneration report and voting for a spill of a board. This is very basic stuff.
In essence the remuneration report did not carry due to more than 25% of the votes received voting against the resolution and therefore a second strike is recorded.
Talk about having an agenda!
Just for clarification and to avaoid confusion/argument.
As for your Mike Davies comments well what else would you think he would say in his position?
