They don't really explain much do they. Sounds like a lot of hot air much like Freemit before it went bust. Nothing is ever completely free, someone is taking the cost/risk, if not the sender it will be the receiver or the middle man.
They do mention they hope to grow the bitcoin market so presume bitcoin is the rails, but currently the spread on cashing out bitcoins is too great to make that effective. Our VP tech contributed to an article about it here:
