Yeah nice website. From first glance I think they are utilising the spread for a BTC auction (so like an OTC desk) and then utilising this margin to subsidise the remittance bid/ask spreads for that side of the business. They are hoping that if the market gets big and they get more traders they can utilise this arbritage opportunity more? Not 100% sure but its definately something to do with that. Interesting long term idea. I'm sure their will be fees at each end though, as agents will want paid. And also depends on size of bitcoin trading market they get and spreads they can generate to cover remittance side.
