To be clear, People Talking About This is defined as the number of unique users who have created a “story” about a page AKA every time somebody interacts with the Airpocket page or its content and creates a story on their timeline (eg: 'John Smith likes Airpocket's post...' )

Those are actually very small increases in PTAT and Likes but it does suggest a very small budget is being deployed. It suggests we are in the testing period of the Facebook ad campaign - when very little budget is spent to initially split test different ad units or pieces content. The goal is to identify, on one hand, winning pieces of content that deliver the best cost per click or cost per download, and on the other hand, the most responsive audience through testing different targeting parameters. Once the winners are identified then the budget scales significantly and its all about push the winning content to the winning audience to drive traffic or conversions (downloads).

Also, most paid content is not published to the page's timeline but rather served up in the newsfeeds of the targeted audiences via Facebook's ad platform. So even though we can go to Airpocket's Facebook page and see a couple of posts, this is likely only a small fraction of what is being distributed into newsfeeds.

There's not really a lot to get excited about now. When the Likes or PTATs jump into the 100ks and 1ks respectively then we know we've graduated past the testing phase. Also download numbers should reflect that when it happens.

In your opinion how long would an average trial campaign run prior to expanding, or in our case getting Telefonica to market to large user base of 230 million+
