Item/commitment .... status .... updated guidance ..... next steps ..... timeline

But for gordsake Alex, when you're preparing the next qtly report, under promise tobuggury - cut yourself some slack - then kick some bluddy goals.
So the following qtly will read: over-achievement - delivered earlier than expected and under budget - new contracts with surprises to the upside ..... blah de blah ...... and free cash flow increased by 30% (in my dreams - maybe next year)
The idea Alex is to position this qtly so that you set the bar lower - then clear it with ease - and make positive announcements along the way to draw everyones attention to achieving timelines ....... it's called managing (massaging) expectations and it's a v/important part of your remit.
On a final note Alex - could you please credibly address the delays in actioning your work program and reporting commitments.
